It was announced this past summer that Emma Stone is set to headline Cameron Crowe's still untitled next project. Today, Deadline brings word that Crowe is close to locking Bradley Cooper to be her co-star. There are no details on the plot as of yet, but the plan is for Crowe to begin filming in spring of 2013.
Cooper, who appears in next month's Silver Linings Playbook and is now wrapping production on The Hangover Part III, set for release on May 24, 2013.
