Green Day may not have taken over the iHeart festival, but it will be taking over the Faction channel (Ch. 41) on Sirius XM satellite radio — at least for the weekend.
From 7 p.m. Friday to 8 p.m. Sunday, the channel will feature all Green Day, including the tracks from the band’s new CD “Uno!”
Billie Joe Armstrong will introduce each track with his own commentary — presumably recorded before his recent meltdown and trip to rehab.
