At least one person must have been thrilled Pam Anderson was eliminated from “Dancing With the Stars: All-Stars” Tuesday night.
That would be whoever’s responsible for stocking her trailer.
Anderson had been requesting cases of bottled coconut water imported from Australia, sources close to the show told TMZ.
And it was no easy task finding the beverage in the U.S.
