A new sneak peak video for Cloud Atlas, highlighting the seamless way the filmmakers switch between time periods, has hit the web, and it includes a fairly big reveal that you may not want to spoil for yourself. If you're the kind of person who likes to know as little as possible before entering the theater, you probably should not watch this video:
Tom Hanks and Halle Berry star in the movie, which is based on the book by David Mitchell. Jim Broadbent, Jim Sturgess, Hugo Weaving (The Hobbit), and Ben Whishaw (Skyfall) also star.
The film explores the idea that actions effect people's lives throughout all time, with intertwining plot lines taking place in various points in history. Lana and Andy Wachowski direct certain time periods, with Tom Tykwer directing others.
