Fans of Paramount Pictures' "Paranormal Activity" franchise have been heard as they determined which cities across the globe will see the highly anticipated fourth installment first on October 16th, two days before the film's theatrical release. Participants all over the world voted for their city through the film's "Want It" application on Facebook.
